1. I want this to be a topic where for the next few months and year we can discuss buying tickets, and seats and what not.

My first question is...presuming U2 will go to NY, they will probably go to MSG. What leg and then what night should i get tickets for (obviously when they come out for whatever show)...I can only see one show on the tour though.

  2. Might be 'a little' early, eh?
In a city with several nights in a row, the last night is always a good choice if you can only go once.
But I think this topic doesn't make much sense yet...
  3. Luck you... You're on the USA... *jealous!*...

Well, the shows of the 1st leg (USA and Canada) use to be more experimental, usually with changes on the setlists and different versions of the songs. Also the 3rd leg (USA and Canada again) use to have accoustic performances of some songs and some funny changes on the setlists. Also the 3rd leg use to perform a worst voice of Bono, i must say. Afer 6 months touring, his voice gets worst.

Also the overall performance change throughout the tour. The first leg is always less roaded, therefore it has more feeling. In the 2nd and the 3rd legs, the show is very (VERY) rehearsaled, so it has less surpriese (also less mistakes).

For me the perfect leg is the 2nd. Europe.

If you wanna see a good show, I recommend you to see a First Leg show, and if there are gonna be various shows in the same city (as the 5 concerts as on the Vertigo NY Nights) I recommend you to get ticks for the last one..
  4. Amsterdam will be my place...I pray I'm not too late when tickets are released.
  5. Amsterdam, Dublin, Paris, Barcelona and Milan will be my objectives.

Possible Brussel, Gelsenkirchen and Madrid too.
  6. Hope I can get tickets for their show in Holland... I'd prefer Rotterdam, there is a better stadium for concerts I must admit...
  7. I would like for them to come to Croatia but I doubt it.
    Milan will be my objective

the rest of world Popmart shows were pretty great. The South American Vertigo shows had great energy, band and crowd alike but Bono's voice really was on it's last legs. It would be awesoe to be in a Brazilian crowd though. I'll be at all the Irish shows hopefully and maybe i'll try and make a trip abroad for a show
  12. I said it before and i WILL do it : If U2 comes to Belgium (probably just once) i take a holiday at school (not very legal but whatsoever) and i camp before the stadium to buy me some tickets !!!
If even that's not good enough, i'll even drive up to Holland during a schoolday
    I MUST see them
