1. Important to note that the printed setlist had 25 songs. This means they at one point planned for 25 songs. The song dropped last night was ISHF, which was planned for the penultimate slot. I don't know if this means they are going to stop using ISHF as a closer, but considering this and the fact that they did play One and 40 on the same night, I think they may be open to the idea of having two songs after Streets rather than going straight for the closer.
  2. For anyone interested in setlist analysis check out our latest slideshow. Interesting to see how setlist similarity has dropped since the eighties and this tour has an incredible amount of songs only played once in a city.

As somebody who likes numbers, I really enjoyed the slideshow.

  5. u2 are a VERY safe band
  6. Safety first...
  7. If U2 ever did a farewell tour what would your night 1 set list look like ?

Mine (at this moment) would be:

Where the streets have no name
    I will follow
I still haven’t found what I’m looking for
    Beautiful day
Stuck in a moment you can’t get out of
    Every breaking wave
    The unforgettable fire
    Gloria
    New Year’s Day
    City of blinding lights
    Vertigo
Pride (In the name of love)
    Bullet the blue sky
    Running to stand still
    Sunday bloody Sunday
    Gone
    Zoo Station
    The fly
Even better than the real thing
    Mysterious ways
Until the end of the world
    One
Stay (far away, so close !)
    Encore 1
    Angel of Harlem
    Bad
    With or without you
    Encore 2
    Moment of surender
    Out of control
