1. Thanks Ger, that's enough to get me to download that source. Been waiting on that answer, thanks for coming through

  2. I can upload a sample if you wish

  3. No need, I'll be happy to listen through the show in its entirety this week on my walks around campus Thanks anyway!

EDIT: Just realized upon going to DL the show that I already did, last week, and listened to it at some point last week. Enjoyed it though.
  4. Did you listen to Wembley 2 yet?

  5. Sure did, I think I'm in the minority in thinking it was only slightly above average. Seems to be many people's favorite show from that leg, I'd have to go with maybe one of the Zagreb shows or the original Barca. Soft spot for Sheffield too, might have been the first show I listened to from the entire tour (bar my own).

UTEOTW was awesome, as well as Bad+encore, but the overall show didn't do any wonders for me. Could have been related to the sound quality; sometimes I feel though it captures the performance well, it doesn't do anything for the energy.
  6. Fair enough. I loved the boomy echoey recording. It sounds exactly like Wembley. I struggle to listen to anything older than Joshua Tree nowdays sadly.

Perhaps thats in then, as I've never been to Wembley. Just listened to 2005-05-07 though, and I know what you mean- that bootleg sounds precisely like what it's like to be in the United Center, which is one of my favorite places to be in the whole world. Such a fantastic atmosphere.

My plan is to have listened to the entire 360 tour (at least every available recording) by the end of 2011. Really shouldn't be that hard to do; I try to keep up with it as its going. We shall see though. Plenty of great shows, plenty of mediocre, and handful of pretty bad ones so far.
  8. I'd love to be able to listen to bootlegs like I used to but I just can't. The more I love the band, the less I listen to them somehow. As long as I have Brussels 87 then I have all the U2 I need.
  9. How are you for albums then? Zooropa is good for you but what else?

  10. Boy, JT, Pop, Achtung, War, UF

    In that order probably.
  11. No post 2000's so. Do you go through phases or have you just burnt out for good on other stuff?

  12. I've listened to quite a few 360 shows and was lucky enough to be at this one. When I was there I knew that SHFWILF was probably one of the best crowd-participation efforts of the tour so far.

Gonna listen to this show again tomorrow. Not listened to it in months, keep on listening to Lovetown and Elevation shows for some reason!
