I think I agree about 2017 and 2019 in general, however not necessarily for every song; for example, his Pride chorus performance was excellent in 2019 compared to that in the previous years, whereas Love is bigger and Beautiful Day in 2019 were quite weak compared to how he performed those songs in 2018. 2015 was an excellent vocal year for Bono. His range, intensity and overall vocal strength were fantastic between 2010 and 2016. It still is amazing and, judging by the Surrender solo tour and the Sphere shows, it's as if he has 'discovered' something almost new in his voice, he sounds really good, his falsetto has not sounded this good in quite some time and I'm excited to hear more over the next Sphere shows and hopefully on a new album.
