  1. I really like it, 1st new studio recording in 5 years!!
  2. The way I see it is that it's a nice pre album catchy song to whet the appetite. I feel that too may are expecting Achtung Baby 2 and maybe we should embrace a new pop sounding album. ( not pop the album but you know what I mean).
  3. Musically I hear a lot of the raw sound of Unforgetable Fire. Love the piano.

    Also, no mention about the alternate version of Breathe? It was supposedly played on air by Dave Fanning this evening as well, shortly after the Ordinary Love video was posted.

    I actually wonder if they re-recorded Breathe for that alternate version. Might also be a version they recorded during the NLOTH-sessions.

    Fans have been wondering if "Ordinary Love" will be on U2's next album. Dave Fanning kinda answers that question in the Irish Independent: "This particular version of this song will not appear on the album, whether another version does or not, remains to be seen as they're still finishing things off."

    He played Breathe, No Line On The Horizon 2, Out of Control (Three EP), Ordinary Love, Ordinary Love, Dancing Barefoot, Miss Sarajevo, Ordinary Love, Exit, Zooropa, and Ordinary Love.

    Quite a list, but no alternate Breathe as far as I can tell.
  11. Really?! I must have misread it on Twitter then. He spoke about "new songS" and a Spanish fanpage mentioned the alternate Breathe as it was being supposedly aired... It's an interesting list of course. Does anyone know if a podcast from it can be downloaded?
