  5. This was a fun activity... any more out there?

The James songs stood out like they never had before. INXS and Coldplay weren't too much of a surprise.
  6. Right now I´m going to look for those that I don´t know.
    James always has remembered U2
  7. Remy Zero - Save Me (Until the End of the World) - U2 should just cover this and be over with it....
I believe that this is the song that appears in Smallville?
You are right !!! Very similar
  8. 1974 - Ryan Adams (Elevation / Vertigo)
Awesome, the beginning of the song is very similar to u2.It´s like a outtake!!!!
  9. More...

Flock of Seagulls - I Ran, Space Age Love Song, and Telecommunication.... (check out the guitar parts!)

    That Remy-copycat
  11. Angels and Airwaves - The Gift. Just about all of AVA's songs have a heavy U2 influence, but especially this one. Their guitarist obviously took a page or two out of Edge's book for delay and texture riffs.

Completely agree with you man, AvA's guitar work is all stemmed from the Edge as frontman/guitarist Tom DeLonge has quoted U2 as being the best band of all time on more than a few ocassions.

I think he tends to use the Guitar as the main sonic device, whereas edge encorporates keyboards more.

The Adventure by Angels and Airwaves is a great track and my 2nd favourite song of the year

The album is also very good and i reccomend it.
