Spoke w/ U2 Customer Service. 2,000 people received correction letter. Looked at my acct, said I met criteria, put me on hold, then said something made me ineligible. Didn't know why, couldn't reinstate. Head office sent letter, avail at 9am. Suggested I might need new acct. ??
