That's fucking phenomenal TAKE ME HIGHEEEEEEEEEER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a roar. And you'd think he would back off after seeing how crazy that note was, and go back to falsetto, right? Well, no! THere he is with the second round of Take me higher's
    Amazing
  2. That perf, the falsetto at the end is crazy !

  3. I guess we're doing both here on the forum. Posting the audio fragments and then talk about it a little? Much better than just talking yes
  4. Well.. eh

The "I'll bring you roses" parts, I mean where it's still singing are a high E at the start of those sentences. I wouldn't call that "schriek" after really singing, and because of that it's harder to decifer. I'd say that's either an F, Fis or somewhere in between
  5. It's much easier to reach the really high notes with falsetto but I personally wouldn't call that wild shriek realling "singing", at least not in his case

But.. For the pure note fetishists.. another shriek jumped to my mind. In the AB documentary there is a segment with an early demo of Mysterious Ways, called "Sick Puppy". Just checked and there he's close to a high Ab, somewhere between G and Ab at least..

    I mean that scream
  7. Haha, I know you did.. That scream, screech, whatever it's called in MW was F, Fis, or in between. The sick puppy demo schreech is between G and Ab though, so a full note higher.. Happy to help you out in the continuous search for the highest note he's ever sung, or... schreeched for that matter

    Cheers!

This might be the highest falsetto 21:50, F5 and a short F#5 (?)
