Sorry, yes, Edge's guitar was way too high in the mix and the bass was severely lacking.

    It's fantastic.

At least people here know how to mix the sound
  3. About SNL's performance, I think that if you know what to look for, you notice there's something odd about it, otherwise it was great.

American Soul, that is... I'm still not convinced on how Own Way translates live, the pre chorus is too contained and messes with the attempted epicness of the song.

Now, Walk to the Water you say? Is it just a line? What is it?

WTTW verse and chorus just talked by Bono
  5. The good thing, which I think we also agree on, is the song has great potential for the E&I tour where u2’s own sound men will be on the job.

No doubt. I think it'll be a serious rocker, live. Hopefully it'll also kick Vertigo and Elevation out of the set (assuming they work in Volcano somehow too), but I won't get my hopes up
  7. Amazing interview with Howard Stern this morning. Acoustic versions of Sunday Bloody Sunday, opening riff of Where The Streets Have No Name and Get Out Of Your Way.
