It was partly Verstappen's fault, watch the footage again. It was Verstappen's wheel that hit Raikkonen first, that sparked a chain reaction AFTER Vettel moved across leaving Verstappen's little room, but he still had enough room to not touch Raikkonen. And what do you mean Raikkonen took too many risks? He got a great start, had a good line and Verstappen didn't give him enough space. Raikkonen was an innocent victim.
It's nothing to do with them being frustrated with Verstappen's talent. Verstappen needs to stop being so aggressive, in the same sense Vettel needs to start being more aware and calm.

Raikkonen fan?
Verstappen defends his position, nothing wrong with that, that is allowed. Raikkonen had enough space left of his. Vettel did not to care whats behind him

I was, but now I'm not a fan of a particular driver. Verstappen is absolutely allowed to do that, but he knew Raikkonen was there and maybe should have been a bit more aware. Raikkonen did not have enough space because of Verstappen. Vettel is definitely a lot more to blame, I don't really understand his decision to come across the track like that. But Verstappen does deserve a bit of the blame, I think.

Verstappen has Vettel going to the left en Raikkonen going to the right so where can he go, he can't disappear. An the official twitter account of Ferrari blames him. Very unprofessionalI
