1. My second favorite album
  2. Instant classic. It still puzzles me how great this record is...ASOH, Pride, TUF, Bad, Promenade...the sound of these songs can still be heard after the songs are over. The album artwork catches the sound of the LP in one image. These guys were as old as I'm now, hard to imagine.

+1. Wire is incredibly powerful, and Elvis Presley and America I discovered only recently as a very cool song. TUF is very haunting. The sound always stays with me. And the b-sides to the album are some of the best ever (The Three Sunrises, Love Comes Tumbling, and a few more). The song Promenade...gosh...ah what a moving song
  4. great album

  5. Absolutely My favourite album.best of all Times
    It deserved a frame
  6. They need to bring Wire back. But Bono probably can't sing it anymore.
  7. Someone's been Lucky to have Homecoming in this tour.great song.uncomparable version on Wide Awake ( and 12" Unforgettable single )
  8. I never much cared for TUF as an album, but recently it's grown a lot on me. I appreciate how experimental it was - the Zooropa of the 80s, in a way. Looking at the band's output through a (somewhat) objective lens, I'd say that The Unforgettable Fire is probably about their third or fourth best song.
  9. I was just 14 when The Unforgettable Fire came out... I remember hearing it first at a party where it was just played from ASOH till MLK.
I never had heard anything like it and from that day on I was fan for life
  10. ...for the next three or four weeks I saved all my pocket money so I could buy the record
  11. Wish they would play more songs from this album... so gooodd!
