1. I'm a big fan of the Gallaghers, but for all Liam's voice and swagger, I'm guessing the crowd in London won't be begging Noel for Little James or Beady Eye tunes. NG is the genius in the family; I know which one I'd rather thought my music was 'beige.'

  2. I wanted to give this a few listens before judging which I have done now and I do find some of the lyrics laughable. The opening lines for starters but seeing the video makes it worse with Liam dead serious as well. It probably could have been a decent song as well with a little more work, I think I get what he's trying to do but doesn't work for me unfortunately.
  3. Noel makes great music, but lyrics are other thing. I don't say it's bad. Just not great
Liam is great singer, but he's not that good in songwriting (music/lyrics). Even if some Beady Eye songs are good and I love Wall Of Glass... will see what his solo album brings

I think Noel is a great songwriter. I don't think Liam writes at all.

and after that, you really only need to watch the first 5 seconds of this! LOL

  5. if anyone finds a video of this interaction (he was pointing at me and my friends)... please let me know london1.
  6. Must say I wasn't overly familiar with NG solo stuff having been a huge Oasis fan back in the day...he has some quality tunes which sounded great live
  7. High Flying Birds smashed it, shame they can't come on earlier and do an extra half hour.
  8. 100% - must say, I was surprised to see Steven Mangan on the bass..
