1. Had a feeling this was you when I saw this thread bumped Enjoy tonight and tomorrow Matt, I'm pretty damn jealous of you.
  2. Love you to pieces joseph
  3. Matt you lucky sod, I'd do anything to be in America right now & tomorrow! Anyway, enjoy yourself

    P.S. America... FUCK YEAH!
  4. "love you to pieces joseph" has to be the best post you have ever written, Gignac. You bastard! I hope the hungover is not very bad today (tomorrow for you, yet).
  5. SERGIO! I'm not drunk anymore (and the hangover's surprisingly VERY minimal!) but I just have to tell you, since you called me by last name, it reminded me...there's an American baseball player who plays for the Chicago White Sox whose name is Sergio Santos, and the other day during the Sox game he made a ridiculously AWESOME play, and everyone on my Facebook feed's status was "Sergio Santos is amazing!", and I had NO idea that this guy existed...I was like, how do all these people know my friend Sergio!?!?!

And funny, because many of my friends call me by last name- I'm Gignac to so many people
It's pronounced "juh-nack", which I'm sure is an American bastardization of the French pronunciation.
  6. That's how you pronounce it? Wow, I was saying it like G-in-yack, which I generally how it would be pronounced here
  7. Yup second g is silent
  8. Sergio Santos used to be on the Blue Jays (my favorite baseball team) before I ever joined U2start. So when I joined and I met our Sergio Santos I was secretly hoping you were the baseball player. Alas I was wrong. That's ok Sergio you're much cooler in my opinion (seeing as the baseball player never even made the major leagues in our organization).

I've also been butchering it in my head. Nice to have the correct pronunciation
  10. Nice to see I'm famous among people even before they get to meet me ...

I'm back from an amazing evening with my girlfriend and the couple with whom we're going to Dublin in 3 weeks time... I've had a few Guinness'es, and I'm very happy to have done so. God, how I love Ireland and everything Ireland-related!!!

  11. Guinness is great ;D But I it that I have to wait so long before it is ready in a Irish pub
  12. Reporting in. The father of a close friend passed away over the weekend. Funeral earlier and only one thing follows a funeral. .
