1. Where are you located in the world? Our server is in Amsterdam so it could be that if you visit us from "far away" it could be a bit slow but then it's just the connection.

Can you do a speedtest to a server in Amsterdam and copy/paste your speed results to this forum?

Hi, I chose a server in Amsterdam and got 15.56MBPS download and 1.10MBPS upload speeds, with 56ms ping time.

I live in Malta (in Europe, close to Italy)

Strange! Your speed is fine. Which browser do you use?
U2start is fully optimized for Google Chrome and Firefox and may not be fully compatible with lower versions of Internet Explorer.

If you're a bit technical, can you run the following and copy/paste the output here (in Windows):
    1) Run Windows key + R (or Start > Run)
    2) Run: cmd [enter]
    3) Run: tracert u2start.com [enter]
(right click the title bar of the window to select/copy)

(thanks for your quick replies, helps us narrowing this down!)

Quite a strange situation I'm in. Thanks for the help!
  5. Looks OK to me, your traceroute has nothing strange in it. It all goes quite fast. Your connectivity to U2start is just fine. It's really strange that the site itself then must be slow, which is not the case for all other users. I even logged in as your account to make sure it isn't account related which it doesn't appear to be.

Last thing you can do, before there's nothing else to do for me is press "F12" in Chrome, then click "Network". Then refresh the page that's slow to you and get me a screengrab of the full output. This shows me how long each file loads on U2start and helps us determine which piece of the loading time is caused by what reason. You might need to make the bar that pops up quite large in height in order to get all the files on one screenshot. (press print screen button on your keyboard, and then paste it in an email to me, remy at u2start dot com).

    Hi remy,

thanks for helping me with my issue/problem.
  7. Quotes and spoilers don't really like each other.
  8. You mean a quote inside a spoiler? That seems broken indeed

  9. Bug has been fixed, may take up to 20 minutes before it is pushed to the server. Clearing cache will help.
  10. I've just noticed that if you try to click on a show someone has reviewed, as listed on their profile under 'Reviews', it takes you to a completely random show.
  11. Just fixed this. Thanks for reporting! Was probably like this for a year or two
