Not much to tell. Just a late bloomer trying to make her life better than it is. || I will share my U2 faves here since it keeps telling me I didn't fill out all fields despite the fact that I did. Fave Tour - ZOO TV: I never got to go to any shows on the ZOO TV tour, but, boy I wish I could have. The magnitude of it alone was incredible... It was a spectacle to behold, and we got to see Bono take on iconic personas including my favorite, Mr MachPhisto. If I had a time machine, I tell you… Fave Show - 29th October 1997 - PopMart: My first U2 show at age 18, and I had never seen anything like it. It was a sight to behold!! That mirror ball lemon, that giant 'screen'... all of it blew my mind! And the band was amazing... The entire Metrodome sparkling from the lemon during If You Wear That Velvet Dress is a moment burned into my mind forever. Fave Album - Achtung Baby: It was not only the album where they turned their sound on its head in the most wonderful way, it was also the first album they released after I got into them. For that alone it holds a special place for me, but it's full of so many of the songs I love best by them that it's my #1 U2 album. It's also in my top 5 favorite albums of all time. Fave Song - Ultra Violet (Light My Way): This song just does something to me that the other U2 songs just don't touch. I can't explain why... It just is. I adore this song to no end, and I always will. Thanks for reading.
