I know they wanted the old-school start without all the techno wizardry, & all that. But the lack of visuals must have lessened the experience from the nosebleed seats, watching 4 ants move about.
I'm hoping, if they have the old-school start, that they fire up the screen earlier. The Sky was too light in 2017, but it will be dark enough this time around. Nothing spectacular on the screen, just band visuals, for those in the distant seats. Black & white visuals, ala Rattle & Hum, would be a nice touch.
