before anything, I want to say that my intent here is solely to help and to say that not being a specialist, I bring this concert to this discussion because I was on the show the night before and in the present night, me and a lot of friends (unforgettable is the remembrance of the girls enjoying U2 in the pool, which was due to the heat that night) while we were having a barbecue this concert as the soundtrack, as it was broadcast in full by radio (Transamerica FM) and TV (TV Globo) throughout Brazil. I think the audio source is the same, the only difference is that the TV broadcast has been decreased noise leaking from the audience while the transmission of radio kept it, i believe just to give an impression of the live show. Before writing this, I did a comparison listening to "Staring at the Sun", and hence this was my observation, the audio version, certainly captured the FM source, in time 4:22 'whistles appear strong, while in the video version though present the same whistles are much more attenuated. So my conclusion is that this definitely is not an audience recording (although it is rated 5 stars as the audience), but a broadcast.
For me, this concert could be classified as 5 stars, no problem, but beyond not being my competence to judge it's quality, besides U2start has its own criteria, I consider myself suspect, since the show was in my country and we always have a tendency to find that the concerts in our country were the best, no?
My 2 cents hoping to make this forum each time better, much better than my english, of course! LOL
You are right, Enio, I don't know why is it clasiffied as an audience source when it's obviously a broadcast! Thanks for reporting, I have changed it
