    You might miss a part, re-try or try to open it with Winrar/Izarc.
    And please post in the existing topic ( http://www.u2start.com/topic/2153/ ), do not open a complete new one in the future. I'll let this one open though.

    i will try it with win rar. do i have to open the packages of the 12 parts in one same folder? and does it only run if i have all 12???

    Yes, you need to extract part 1 and with doing so, Winrar will extract all 12 parts to one big file. And yes, you need them all. No worries about your English, it's fine
