Longtime fan of U2....25plus years. Nurse, mother, wife, sister, daughter, aunt and most recently grandma to baby girl....love everything U2 and until a couple of years ago dedicated my life to Nursing. It is my love and passion as I worked with the most often difficult ,but so rewarding areas as a nurse with the United States Public Health Service. Although I can't work right now, I try to do as much as possible to stay active in helping where I can and always enjoy meeting new friends who also share same interests such as U2!
"The song Iris deals with some kind of transference of the female energy because the way I would look at women, from the point I met Ali, was forever changed. It's a big moment, at puberty, you're just discovering girls and this women who brought you into the world leaves you, abandons you. And you think it's your fault, because that's something that kids do. But, of course it's not"
