1. I was thinking this is just a video and you all need to calm down, but I just listened to it. I'm quite happy. You're right, not quite finished sounding, but absolutely lovely.

  3. I think it's one of those tunes where the sum is greater than all it's parts. Each part is pretty simple, but together I think they make something great.
  4. Not completely hooked, hate the fade-out at the end.
  5. Sounds like a b-side. Its not as good as Goldeneye, Until The End Of The World, Hands that built America. But its not too bad. I dislike Bono's voice. It sounds a bit forced and not comfortable for some reason.
  6. Lyircs? .. Mandela deserves something better

I'd say it's better than Goldeneye actually, that's not a very good song, certainly not one of the better James Bond songs. I actually like a lot better than Hands that Built America, twas never a fan of that song, but that's subjective.

Until The End of the World is different, it's an album track, a hit single from Achtung Baby and they just used the title as a trade-off for Wim Wenders getting to use the song for his movie. It wasn't written for the movie by any means, that song was always going to be big.
  8. I guess its just Bono's part that makes me dislike the song
  9. edit
  10. Some interesting parts... Especially the intro is quite promising - very William Orbit style, who I think did a great job on mixing Electrical Storm...

At around 2.30 and for the next minute or so - New Order anybody?
  11. Love it! Nice little song. shame about the fade out at the end.
