I was reading that too! Have we heard the rumored dates or just February "sometime"?
  2. Reminds me of WOWY in Paris 87 - 'No one gets hurt at a U2 show. Only WE get hurt if someone gets hurt" Good on Bono for seeing that and intervening. Hope the person is okay now.
  3. why isn't Red Zone next to the stage ? back of GA isn't the best of spots although better for the screen ?
  4. Does anyone else hear "I'm Not Your Baby" in Bono's delivery during this performance of Seconds?

Not the actual lyrics but in the musical delivery.

I hear it but I could be crazy.

  5. One dimeadozen bootleg from 31 Jan nice quality !!!
  6. When Bono sings the 'Don't turn around' part at 4:12 minutes using his falsetto, in the beginning of the second 'Don't turn around' at 4:15, the phrasing, tone and the overall sound of that 'Don't' reminds me so much of ZooTV Bono. I swear if I close my eyes and listen to that specific 'Don't' it's as if I am hearing early 90s Bono. I know it's just one moment and it's too specific and probably weird, but had to share cos I feel that vibe so strongly.
  7. Sometimes you just get taken there. I agree.

One of the greatest days of my life. I couldn’t believe I was actually in Las Vegas for this and I had ridiculously high expectations. Once the band walked on stage and Bono started singing, I got teary-eyed. Being there with my closest friends made this show so so special. Screen quality is crazy good (I was up in the 400s), and sound quality was also insane except for the first couple of songs where I felt that sound was still being adjusted. Great to hear all of Achtung Baby, which is my all time favorite album. Turntable set was so fun on that show with Walk on the Wild Side and Rock the Casbah adding to the excitement. Bono was in a particularly great mood. I was trying to take it all in and it was emotionally overwhelming at times. Overall, the show seemed like it just flew by. I definitely prefer visuals on Acrobat, So Cruel and Elevation, but it was a fantastic show regardless. With or without you and Beautiful Day worked so much better as a closing duo than what I thought. I was so happy the whole time. Unforgettable experience.
  9. Thanks for sharing. It seems like you had a great time.
  10. That audience recording of this night is πŸ‘Œ
