But DGPFYCC, Numb, some days, and even Babyface are just like meehhhhh

Im not that keen on Stay or The First Time, I like them but not in my top 75

I think Zooropa was a good effort even though it hasn't aged nearly as well as Achtung Baby. I rate it ahead of the last three studio albums if only because it seems like they were trying to do something different/original.

I have to agree with the earlier post and say that DGPFYCC, SDABTO, and Babyface are rather weak.

Stay, Lemon, and Zooropa are classics.

The first and last position may be surprising, but I really don't get Rattle And Hum...

off the top of my head today.
  9. Achtung Baby - Love it all except Acrobat & Love is blindness. Still go back to it more than anything else
Joshua Tree - It's all good, but I only find myself going back to the first half most of the time now.
Zooropa - Mixed feelings about this one. I love some of it (Stay, Lemon, Zooropa etc) but can't stand some of it (Babyface, SDABTO etc)
No Line On The Horizon - Don't like Unknown Caller or Fez. But not a bad album otherwise.
Pop - I think it's a bit underrated. But there's some songs I feel could have been much better...
All That You Can't Leave Behind - Still go back for Kite, Beautiful Day and Walk on. But not a big fan of the album otherwise.
    Rattle And Hum
How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb - Sounded good at the time. But only go back to City of blinding lights now and other than Vertigo & love and peace the album is meh.

  11. Can anyone help? I'm being OCD and decided to start re-ranking the songs and albums. This time I want to come up with a system of 5 criteria, give each song a rating of .25, .50, .75, or 1 add them together and multiply by 2 to get the rating out of 10. (I know I'm really weird but I always loved countdowns and ratings and whatnot...)

For the criteria so far I have:

    1. How badly would I like to hear this live?
    2. How likely am I to recommend this song to someone?
    3. Does the song have a personal connection?

I need two more criteria any help/ideas would be great.
  12. 4. Does the song improve when played live (if it is)? this one could be a problem with the non played songs....
    5. Does the song acquire new meaning and/or depth (musical or spiritual) each time you hear it? Does/did it grow on you since you heard it first?
