How much I understand your words!! U2 are wonderful and because of that also expensive! On that site you've indicated me I saw that the Japanese version of HTDAAB (double CD + DVD + 48 page-booklet) costs more than 70€!!! And there are only 2 copies left! I'd like to buy it NOW, before they are bought by others. But where can I find NOW that sum?!?

That's not completely true, Fast Cars was available on every deluxe edition of HTDAAB. Here in Holland it was, I have a copy with Fast Cars on it, but only on the Deluxe edition with CD, booklet and DVD.
Oh, yes, thanks for cleanning up what I meant. I understood the question from the angle of what's the reason for bonus tracks in other countries in the 'regular' editions for a CD. But you're right it wasn`t available only in Japan
