Performance:
Considering the band havent played live in 10 months, and Bono had his back issue, the band sound very very good. The emotion is there,I loved seein Larry stand up after the Stingray Intro and clap for Bono. The band seem happy to be onstage. The band actually play 3 new songs, and I really like them.IMO,they are much better than Get On Yours Boots.Glastonbury is very good rockin tune.North Star is very good as well.Stingray Intro is a good, hard rockin tune,I wish it was longer.Miss Sarajevo is fantastic, and is a standout moment of this gig.Hold Me is classic. The start, Why So Serious !!..Classic.This hasnt been played in 12 yrs.Nice move guys.Love it. The setlist.Ok,we have 3 new tunes thank God.We have pretty much the same set as last year.Once we get to Unforgettable Fire, its the same as last year.Thats a bit, dissapointing.Ultra Violet, one of my fav U2 songs, is dropped, for Hold Me.I dont have a prob with them playing the Batman song at all,but they should have kept UV in.UTEOTW is played out, enough of it.Crazy Tonight remix is BRUTAL.Why not play the studio version,as they did in Barcelona 07.02.09 ?How about adding Hands That Built America,All I want Is You,Bad,ASOH,EBTTRT,THE FLY,BTBS.I think the PoP tunes would go well with the spaceship theme,Last Night On Earth maybe???How about an acoustic version of Love Is Blindness ?They really need to mix things up.How about an encore of,Bullet The Blue Sky,Bad,Ultra Violet,One and then ending with All I Want Is You..KEEP US GUESSING,NOT KNOWING WHAT SONG IS NEXT.Even Pride, once in a while, as an encore, is fine.Just not every single night. PATSSOX95 Im sorry you didnt like what I said here. But thats not only opinion, but a fact. You shouldnt worry about what I said, write a review, not a comment on mine. The band repeat too many songs every night. They opened with Breathe(sans 1 show at Foxboro) and closed with UV,WOWY and MOS at EVERY SINGLE SHOW last year.Fact.The next 2 shows after Turin,Frankfort and Hannover, are the SAME SHOWS.Great shows, yes. But identical.By the way,I know the band broke up the setlist on Vertigo (I attended 4 shows),but that was 5 years ago.Why would I write about another tour here ?? FYI,DMB have sold out many a stadium the past few years.Fennway Park 2006 and 2009,2 nights.Citi Field 2010, 2 nights,Wrigley 2010, 2 nights.Do your home work before putting down DMB.
Audience:
I can hear them ,but the bootleg does not do them justice..I have watched this show on youtube, and the Italian fans are goin wild as usual. They are great fans, hands down maybe the best in the world.I have a show of PJ,Milan 06.22.00.The fans are so loud, singing word for word. I cant believe the passion.Great fans.
Sound:
Its better than I would have thought less than 24 hours after the show. Its a very solid 4,really like a 4.25 IMO.Bonos voice is very clear, speeches etc.The bands intruments sound good,Larrys drums are muffled, but,hey its an audience recording.Very good, get it.
Overall:
This is a good start to the European tour.No question a very very solid show. The 3 new songs are an added pleasure.I think the band,IMO,need to add some No Line songs,Stand Up,Cedars,Fez that HAVENT BEEN PLAYED.Get On Your Boots, drop it,move on.There are much better tunes on NLOTH (Unknown Caller,TITLE TRACK).I would have given this a 4,but the 3 new tunes give it a solid 4.5. A must download. Peace.

Performance:
loved it, have to set the other guy straight about changing the setlist. Look at the Vertigo shows, many, many different set lists. But the huge stage show is not goodfor many changes, DMB and PJ haven't put on a large scale show like this in over 10years. If you want big changes show to show, check out Vertigo. To say one show is the same as another with the same set list is ignorant. The band definitely don't play the songs the same way night to night. Hope you listen to more shows to find out for yourself.

Performance:
Start of 360 again. Could have been earlier but of course, Bono hurt his back and the North American leg was cancelled. This makes Bono more energetic. After seeing videos, when he got on that stage, he went nuts.
There was a new intro to 360 called 'Return of the Stringray Guitar'. Brilliant intro. Then it went into Beautiful Day. This bit was rather disappointing as they didn't merge Stringray into BD. Later on, the band debuted 2 new songs - Glastonbury and North Star. When hearing them in rehearsals coming upto Turin, I was rather disappointed with these songs. But after much more listening of these songs, I really like them now. Elevation and Until the End of the World were epic. Miss Sarajevo made a return which was really good - especially the Pavarotti part that Bono sings. In A Little While is boring and should be dropped. Then after this, the set got back to the previous two legs - TUF, COBL, Vertigo, Crazy, SBS, MLK, Walk On. Crazy had a fantastic Disotheque snippet. Discotheque is definately a song which should be played for 360. Then it was the Desmond Tutu speech, One and Streets. Streets was so much better than it was in the previous two legs, maybe because of Edge's apperance with Muse at Glastonbury? Now it was time to wait for the encore, wondering if U2 would play Ultraviolet as well as HMTMKMKM. Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me came on with The Joker saying "What time is it in the world?" repeatedly until he said SHOWTIME! This performance of HMTMKMKM was epic, much better than the Popmart version. Then it was WOWY and MOS to end the show.
Overall, a brilliant performance. They are back, touring again which is great. Makes the time go by. Great way to come back.
Audience:
Italian audiences are great, this one were a little off what I was expecting, but still great.
Sound:
Would have loved a 5-star sound bootleg. Unfortunately, you can't get 1,000 5-star bootlegs.
Overall:
Great way to come back into the spotlight again. Bono is moving around like a kid in a sweet store. Love it. Go back to Turin!
