Tour: Joshua Tree Tour 2019
Songs played: 26
Audio recordings: 1
  1. I wonder if the total attendance for the two nights will have been larger than the two Zoomerang shows?
  2. Problem with the queue was people cut in and at kilometre long it was over kill. Hence people lose patience.

Stage design led itself to fail. Unlike the last tour here where 360 gave everyone a great seat this this tour is only for those close to the stage.

Sound was poor but that’s what happens when you play at the SCG.

I’m not sure I’ll bother about going to the second show given how lame last night was and just waste the money.

I saw Bruce Springsteen play at the SCG many years ago and the generators failed 3 times that night. Even that was a better show than last night.
  3. Ouch!
  4. No its all so in the mainstream press SHM and DT ... the SCG is a shambles when it comes to this sorta thing, again WHO was it that made them do this gig at the SCG rather than Homebush ???!!!! They are copping it this morning and its unfortunately reflecting badly back on the Band !!!
  5. At least the uber fans got rail spots as they did the virtual queue
  6. Somebody tell me. Is shit still good when you’re there? Is it all loud and fuck me this is U2 playing legendary live shit in front of me? Tell me!
  7. Brilliant show last night however my experience was marred by sight restriction issues. I had Cat-3 in Bay 15 [unrestricted supposedly] but when I arrived that bay was covered in cloth and we were offered a range of seats nearby in other bays. The best available left me able to see Larry but nothing else on the B-Stage.Very disappointed by that and fortunate to have seen other shows but Live Nation and Ticketet need to lift their game significantly in terms of identifying seats with restrictions. Paying $200 to see <70% of the band's performance is theft.

    Yeah
  9. I’m down. It’s so easy to be attached but nothing hits like bad and drum in the chest. Enjoy every second anyone that’s there.

Sounds like the venue wasn't suitable have they not proper Stadiums in Sydney they could have used instead??, I don't see why the band couldn't have continued using the 360 stage for outdoor shows it was all about "this is the future of stadium shows' and "U2 are the leading the way with this type of touring production" etc etc and most people in the stadium had a great view no matter where they were standing.
