1. From a listening point of view, the bootleg is much, much better craic. In terms of € it's a sickener though. That's why all the good stuff lives in a box, well out if harm's way!
  2. That looks cool! Although I have no reason to believe the date on my cassette is wrong! (

Anyway, first results of the A/B/C comparison:

    TTTYAATW

    TV-broadcast:
@ 34:33 "you know that I will" (will with a growl) and the followed by "you wanna dance with me chiiii-ld?"

    Outside Broadcast (bootleg)
@ 1:56 "you know that I will" (without growl) and then followed by "you want a glass?"

1992-10-14 Houston - audience (Astrodome Tour bootleg)
@ 1:56 "you know that I will" (without growl) and then followed by "you want a glass?"

So TTTYAATW from the Outside Broadcast bootleg is confirmed Houston!
  3. I do feel sorry for you, I really do. But I hope you don't mind this thread has taken a sort of academic turn. After 25 years we need to know the TURTH [sic.]

I just miss the little excerpts from that Zoo Radio Transmit promo... There's one where BP Fallon is jokingly taking about how Bono will try to use the "LV - lead vocalist" card on him and then you hear a knock on the door and Bono's voice "Let me in BP, I'm the LV" (it sounds funnier when you actually hear it)

'Hey Beeb, let's in...' I know the one. That skit is on the version BigGiRL put on the Houston post too.

My wife uses far less complimentary terms than 'academic' to describe my level of U2 interest! ?
