Since AB hasnt been updated in a while feature wise, we are currently working on a AB alternative as part of u2start .
A lot has been done already, and a lot is still in the open. Our goal is to describe sources as accurately as possible, to make them easily searcheable. Our goal is to make searching as fast as possible, like our Show catalogue on http://www.u2start.com/shows/catalogue .
We are about to provide MP3 samples, screenshots and original info files. As well as links to several encodings if available, torrents on our own tracker and TTD, Dime, U2Torrents (if they want). An API will be made available to 3rd party sites such that they can access the database and use it on their site as they see fit.
Before we start filling in the database, which will take quite some time, we are interested in what you tapers, seeders, collectors want to see more. If you want to get involved in a more hands on kinda fashion, we could use your help as well.
So in summary we are looking for:
* Peoples willing to help us fill in the database
* Collectors on ideas on how we can improve upon Achtung Bootlegs
* Tapers on ideas how we can categories sources in a way we all benefit
* Any other member who has an opinion about it or wants to help out in another fashion
