1. Well, I just watched the Berlin 2009 DVD, and it had the MTV Awards Performance as a bonus on it, which I think was awesome. But dad raised the question of whether or not it was legal... and I simply don't know.

Is there anyone here who could give me some clarity?
  2. If the broadcast was originally free to air then there really shouldn't be a problem.
  3. Legal. If it doesn't come from a pay per view channel or if it isn't officially released on DVD/BR (like the Hall of Fame stuff for example.)
  4. So... if it was pay-per-view it's illegal, but if it was a normal pay channel?
  5. Pay TV = technically illegal if you didn't pay for the channel (same goes for U2.com stuff that's meant for subscribers only btw.)
  6. Ok, I guess that makes every radio broadcasts legal then But some of the pro-shots I've downloaded are probably illegal then.
  7. Probably every single audience bootleg you downloaded was obtained illegally, so I wouldn't worry too much on live stuff.
  8. Haha, but since I didn't pay for the audience stuff, at least Bono won't find out where I park my non-existent car
  9. What about that Santiago gig, the proshot that's currently on the frontpage, is it available in full anywhere?

  10. Looks just like the odd EPK we have been seeing at the start of each leg.

  11. Not the best version of Boots I've ever seen
