1. I don't know if there is something similar, if so quickly delete it and sorry
I was thinking of a place where anyone can write whatever passes into mind or heart in that specific moment about U2 .. serious or not.
    that's all folks

i'm thinking how much addicted i can be, and i'm not the only one i guess .. cannot waiting for the next concert, even if in the other side of the world and despite of 28 years and a big load of shows on my back
  2. Sounds a good idea.

Yeah, you're not the only one Just last week I was having an email conversation with my co-conspirator about which shows we would try to do this year (hoping for UK/Ireland dates). Which in a weird and twisty way led to me tripping over one of my favourite Hilltop Hoods songs, "The Nosebleed Section' ("I looked around for faces I'd know, I fell in love with the people in the front row" ) which is all too appropriate.

Why can't it be tour time all the time? ::sigh::

  4. "what time is it in the world?" -- showtime
what a great life would be running after the Boys all over the world all the time.
but on other way there would be less space for new albums coming out .. maybe
  5. I sometimes wonder why U2 is so important to me. I mean, I listen to many other artists as well, from all genres of music, and I've certainly been to some amazing extraordinary live shows.
But there is something about U2 that others don't have. I can't even name it. The guys themselves, and the band as a whole. What is it? And why are they so unique? And not just to me, obviously? Can't name it. Just thought about that.

and btw, good idea for a topic
  6. I'm thinking about growing out my hair a little and doing my hair the same way Bono does now. I dunno, I like it in all it's craziness.

Some fire you can't put out ... this is The Unforgettable Fire!
The Boys (and we) have it ... others don't

ps: thanx a lot .. and to germcevoy too
  8. i'm listening to October (song) ... few musical notes ... few words --> the perfection
  9. a quote from another topic...

when Bono spoke about that on the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame Induction, it sent a shiver through me. Still does.

there was a saying I read somewhere that said: "Greater love has no man that that he lay down his life for his friend."

  10. that's one of many reasons the boys are still together all over these years like the first day
and one of many many reasons i love the 4 guys
  11. Whether you're a guitar player or just a U2 fan with some sense of humour, you'll enjoy this:

Mr. The Edge at his best

  12. I was just watching It Might Get Loud on the weekend! I loved that bit.
