It's been discussed widely on the crew forums and we've always arrived to the same conlussion: No, it isn't needed.
Facebook, msn, etc are all great alternatives for chat We dont want to bloat u2start with too many features since it might distract from the features we all use now.
Multiple forums, that would be something I moved your topic from the albums, singles, videos and songs forum to the stuck in a moment forum
