1. Did anyone watch Wrestlemania 40 over the weekend? What are your thoughts? Happy that Cody finished the story or should Roman have retained?

  2. The John Cena, Rock, Undertaker finish was pretty awesome
  3. Rock and Seth made sense. Cena kinda did. Undertaker didn't but it got a good pop so no complaints. Shame it wasn't Austin.

Cena came for Solo who had defeated Cena in his last match.
  5. I was really cheering for Roman to retain. Thought the addition of the FINAL BOSS into the mix has been done awesome and had a lot of legs to keep going, with Cody keep getting screwing for maximum heat.
But i acknowledge that I'm in the minority in that, and that most of the fans woulda been pissed (not in a good heat way, but in a pissed off customer way) if Cody didn't finish the story this year.
When they made the big PIVOT, it was pretty clear they cared more about pleasing fans than their intended storyline. So there was NO way they would pivot just to STILL screw Cody just in a different way.

I cant wait till the fans turn on Cody. Getting closer and closer to 'Company Cena- Man' by the day. Eventually, it'll be "Die Cody Die" chants
  6. Yeah I understand that, but still a bit of a stretch story line wise. He could have come for Austin Theory in the ladder match as he beat him last year. The face off with him and Rock made the pub erupt. "Holy shit" chants everywhere.

Yeah, I think it was obvious when they made the pivot that Cody would win. No way they make the pivot just to screw Cody anyway.

I hope The Final Boss comes back for Summerslam, Rumble and Mania 41 etc. We need Cody vs Rock and Rock vs Roman.

Right...but his LAST match was against Solo and he was feuding with the Bloodline when he was on SmackDown last....
  9. WWE have been touring the UK this week. I was at the Birmingham show. All shows were sold out. Including the O2 arena which for a house show is very impressive.

  10. who were the big names you saw, and what was the main event?
  11. This was the card we got in Brum. Not bad for a £50 ticket. I'll be trying for a Clash at the Castle ticket and that will be at least £300 I reckon.

    * WWE Intercontinental Championship: Sami Zayn (c) beat Chad Gable, GUNTHER, and Finn Balor to retain the title.
    * Tegan Nox & Natalya beat Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark.
    * Jey Uso beat Drew McIntyre.
    * WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: Damian Priest (c) beat Kofi Kingston.
    * Ricochet beat JD McDonagh.
    * Becky Lynch beat Piper Niven.
    * Undisputed Universal Championship Match: Cody Rhodes (c) beat Shinsuke Nakamura to retain the title.
  12. I wonder if we'll see Gunther lose on TV more now.
Also, surprised they have Drew losing on house shows.

I bought a tix to see Money In The Bank in Toronto in July. Really hoping Rhea shows up there as a surprise return from injury. Althou my top wish would be for our Tribal Chief, the Head of the Table to show up that night to be acknowledged. Even better to confront the FINAL BOSS. But i know its not the right timing for that
