1. Mod edit:

This is the topic to discuss U2's Experience from Berlin DVD (released early 2020) and TV broadcast (broadcasted around end of year/start of year around the world).

It is NOT allowed to ask for download links of either, nor to share.

There is a YouTube link of the TV broadcast, that's fine to discuss:

  2. Neither
  3. It will feature two concerts.
    Night one and two
Same songs, no rotation. Same angles.
  4. New Angles!! I was at the show. They had a go pro looking camera attached to Edges guitar ( Les Paul Funky painted one) it was attached at the end of the body near bridge.
Good show.. second one of this tour. Had seats and it sounded much better then on floor. Still think they need to turn sound up more.

Thought I’d make a topic for chatter around the E&I DVD that was being filmed in DC tonight.

Wondering your thoughts on if this DVD will include the Apollo Show or possibly a JT Show as well.

    Make your predictions!
The Apollo show might be part of a TV special or a U2.com fan gift can't see them adding it to another concert release they are not known for been overly generous with the bonus disc.
  7. I would be shocked if an official video of the Apollo ever sees the light of day. Very "unimpressive" staging by their standards - I know that's the point, but they're way too flashy with the video and production to put out something so standard. Best it will see is an official audio release, possibly a fanclub vinyl down the line.
  8. I’m clearly biased, but I’d be fucking thrilled with a DVD of these shows...they were phenomenal last night. I was hoping for more snippets, but if they’re filming the release, I get why there weren’t many. He did do a Rebel Rebel snip in Vertigo, though.
  9. This will be Elevation's 7th straight DVD appearance
