  3. Why? Because it's there for over two years? I watched it back then as the unfortunate news of Jared hit the major torrent & taping sites.

    Sure, Jared was a legend and passed away in October 2016. Very sad he was not given any more years.

    I'm pretty sure there must be more out there, but well, the database is rich, but certainly not perfect...

  7. I'm pretty sure JEMS is an acronym. I'm not sure about the "EMS", but (only) the "J" stands for Jared.

    (wasn't that in the video?)
  8. Butterking is another letter in JEMS. He taped / recorded the Roxy show as an example.

    However they often list things as JEMS Master (no matter who taped it)
  9. Many of us reacted to it when he actually died, and reacted again when the video came out. So maybe you are the one that is a couple years late to the party.

  11. Anyway, I've updated the show page / audio tab for 1983-05-20 Detroit MI with the 2011 transfer of Jared's recording.
    Availlable in flac & fresh mp3's...

    It was the least I could do

    PS: apparently the 1981-12-04 Detroit MI "Royal Oak Theatre" was also taped by Jared. But will keep this for another time...
