Performance

Yes, there were a lot of mistakes, technical problems and Bono was in another show, forgetting the lyrics of many, many songs, but they were improving. It can't be as bad as the Vegas show, right?

Sound

The sound is excellent. Sharebear did a great job mixing Bono's IEM with crowd noise and the results are there. In some cases you can hear Bono talking off-record about the need to rehearse more (no kidding!).

Overall

I actually enjoyed this show for what it is: a testimony of how Popmart evolved and the songs were developed along the tour. The Pop songs were played different than later shows, and some songs like Please and Mofo still lacked the punch of later incarnations, but there were good things too. I Will Follow was a complete mess. Bono completely forgot all the lyrics and he sang pure gibberish, but it was fun to listen to. Do You Feel Loved is here, and if you like the song, you won't find better sound than this. Miami was great, no major problems and an extended snippet of Cuba made it shine here. Bullet had a strange snippet of "Thank You (Falettin Me Be Mice Again) and even more strange, it ended during the America snippet, but it was still good. If God Will Send His Angels included only one verse and Bono interrupted the song to talk, which was a downer. Bono kept forgetting lyrics and complete verses during Please and Discotheque (it was like this the entire show). Last Night On Earth had a different outro and during WOWY, the band kept playing after the last "oooh" part and they seemed they didn't know how to end it.
But don't get me wrong, the show still rocked and the audience was really enjoying it. If you're a Pop fanatic, definitely check this one out.
