In 1982 I heard songs from the album "October" and it is since then, that I'm a great fan of the music of U2.
During the 90ties I lost contact a bit, because I had the opinion that the music and tours lost the authenticity. At the end of the 90ties I heard the sound I loved.
Everytime I see them on stage, I get a bit emotional, it's strange!
The music of U2 is an indispensable companion of my life!
"I thought, what a brilliant song, and how we -- how, well certainly from my point of view, how I screwed it up, how it could have been so much better, potentially so much better."
- Larry Mullen jr. on hearing 'Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses' on the radio

Pop is the longest album in U2's discography (and nine seconds longer than one hour exact). With all live tracks included, Rattle And Hum is only longer.
