If you are using firefox it's
tools>options>content then tick the box that says 'enable java script'

I have IE 7, but I think I have to fix it directly on Java on my hard disk. I made some strange thing while trying to solve a problem with YouTube, then I didn't set everything as before.

Maybe not a bug or error, but I was trying to upload a photo a few mintues ago and after being uploaded, I proceeded to step 2 to give it a title and so on. But there wasn't any possibility to add a title or description..did I do something wrong?

Probably, got no photo submissions here.
You click on "add photo(s)", then "upload photos", then "go to step 2" and then there is a very handy tool to give titles and descriptions.

Looks like the session got lost, maybe there's too much time between uploading and proceeding to step 2. Did the upload take long? Can you try with a small file? (you can always cancel it on step 2)

Was a small file, around 500 KB (while the resolution was big enough). Took the server 5 seconds to upload, so...
