that can be done on a PS3 to. I'd be more open minded with the Xbox if it had a Playstation controller. I couldn't use anything else

i've heard many stories of breakdowns aswell

That was the early models, mine has never broken down, the incidence of RROD is overreported (possibly due to most of the media having early 360 models).

And seriusly you guys prefer the PS3 controller over the 360??? The PS3 controller has only one advantage over the 360, it has a much better d-pad, otherwise the 360's controller is better in every other area, it also has a removable battery, so you won't need to buy a new controller every 2 years.

Another annoying thing about the PS3 controller is that it doesn't charge when the system is on standby, which is just stupid. IMO too many people eat up Sony's marketing hype, it was the same case with the PS2.
