No. That was the 360º configuration, which was much different to this tour. Here, it's around 60% of the seats, the rest of them weren't put on sale in the first place.

No. The stage here is deliberately placed halfway through the stadium's field, leaving much less seats eligible for sale.
And "every other stadium" is a pretty bold statement. See Croke Park, every damn seat (except those immediately behind the stage) sold:
