I've heard it on the radio and my dad says that it is possible to see 3D-movies in any cinema If you have special glasses... I don't really believe that so can anybody please tell me If that's true or not ?

But anyway, for Belgian fans, I know that they are going to make a 3D cinéma in "Bobbejaanland"

that would be a '4D' theatre (whatever that may be )

Some new info:
"Eighteen cameras were used in the filming of multiple shows on the band's tour of South America last year. The editing is still taking place but the final film is expected to be between 80 and 90 minutes in length. At one show in Chile, the crew only filmed Larry on drums for the whole show - another night was a 'phantom shoot', homing in on the band close-up, but with no audience in the venue."

It's probably going to be viewable in 1000 theaters according to U2.com.. that probably means only RealD theaters

I don't see why it can't open up in regular theatres because they did the same thing with Spy Kids 3D. It opened up in almost every theatre back in the US. All you really need is special film that the movie was shot on, which most players can play, and then some 3D glasses. Another example of this is that the show Medium had a 3D episode and this was on TV (and i have this 3D episode on DVD) so why cant it be shown in every kind of theatre and on a follow up DVD?

Because it's RealD technique, that's different from IMAX or other 3D movies.

'Everyone sang along, it was just like being at a show.' That's the word from inside the Palais des Festivals where U2, Paul McGuinness and director Catherine Owens hosted a screening of an early-cut of 'U23D'. Here's the set list from the film.

Vertigo
Beautiful Day
Sometimes You Can't Make it On Your Own
Love and Peace
Sunday Bloody Sunday
Bullet the Blue Sky
Miss Sarajevo
The Fly
With or Without You
