    2 examples that come to mind:
    Opening night of the JT tour. Bono's voice is completely shut and Bono tries to sing "I'm wiiide awaaake". The result is painfully awful. It sounds like they're torturing him and us by listening to it.
    Similarly in Lovetown Amsterdam. By the time Bad starts, Bono's voice is in shambles and it's horrible.
    Just remembered Cardiff 2009, that was not a good performance either. Hate it when Bono plays guitar in Bad.

Also, for the famous Milton Keynes show on 1985-06-22, they had huge problems with the rain messing up with the sequencer and they had to stop the song, Bono improvised some stupid jokes and after a long pause they just gave up on the sequencer and played Bad without it. I don't think it was as bad as the other shows I mentioned.
