Listened to the 2nd source, it has a better bitrate and it is less muffled/distorted. Listened with the Sennheisers and to me, the 2nd one is clearly better.

Fortlicks' version might be the one to go with after listening to a sample.
To summarize things:
There are 4 sources: MacPhisto (Matt from U2Gigs, the first one posted today), Toni (Spanish taper), Fortylicks (seems the best source) and another one (fer101) which gets 3.5 stars at U2Torrents, so I won't download that one. Just listened to a sample from that last one and it's not the best one. I'd go with Toni or Fortyclicks.
The first two are online, the 3th (Fortylicks) will be here tomorrow. I'm downloading it right now, Chris is downloading too and will upload tomorrow.

I tried to download the part I : it's OK but when I want to dezipped it, I have an error on the one.mp3
I have this message:

Fortylicks version is the best so far, although Larry's drumming is a bit soft.
