Yes they are both better, but the differences are not that big. There is no soundboard quality source yet 
At least to most people, I still think the first mp3s are great as well

Anyone else having a problem unstuffing the bootlegs? Part 2 doesn't decompress for me (I'm on a Mac, and have RAR Expander... don't know what's wrong... help?
