Comcast pushed thru a Firmware update in September which messed-up the recording of .TS files. I have to 'Trick' CapDVHS into making the recording. The resulting recording sometimes has problems with VLC player but works fine with Windows Media Player Classic.

yeah, something went wrong I think... you can change it in Itunes though. Oh and it's lossy anyway. Pity.

do you want to take those links down dieder (the audio ones). We'l have to wait a while for a true lossless copy. I'll download the video and add it to our premium account and do a nice high bitrate avi rip and add it all to the bootleg page

It can be added in HD too, that's also done with the previous addition.

That is not HD version. I posted the hd version of the inauguration later  (or the info on the page is outdated) [/offtopic]
But I don't know if a lossless source will appear. I'd choose AC3 over a crappy analogue tv signal. But a LPCM source (or a HQ analogue recording) will be amazing.
