Are the bars placeholders for the title/band name?
Or just a big equal sign?

I have a thought....sure the cover is plain and dull...but the album could be the opposite. I bet it sounds very colorful. If not, U2 finally bit the big one.

As I pointed out they empasise the horizon, which in this case actually exists, so the whole cover is silly. You need the equal signs over an invisible horizon for it to make sense. i.e so they point out that the horizon is missing.

I think it (the cover) looks awesome.

That might be a bit pre-emptive to judge, but eh, who knows. I'm quite happy we've got official news at least.

And the Corbijn movie "Linear" is still intriguing...

I can already see boys discussing the cover.

Adam, Bono and Edge agrees that the cover is great and Larry comes in the room.

Boys: "Isn't it great!?"
Larry: "Jesus Christ, there's line on the horizon. I've had enough, I'm outta this band. Go f*ck yourselves."

Lol, that's probably true yogi.

I wonder how the band made a slip up on the horizon actually being present when they decided on the artwork.

To ask a frank question:
Are you ever pleased with anything U2 does anymore?

(I want an honest answer)

It's sarcasm, he's poking fun at us. It's qute hard to detect at a glance though from posts.

Well, forgive a guy for not knowing his vibe more than the rest of you.

I wonder why they made some titles longer like Crazy Tonight, do they do it just to annoy people?
DIscussions will be like
Person 1 "What do you think of I’ll Go Crazy If I Don’t Go Crazy Tonight?"
Person 2 "I thought I’ll Go Crazy If I Don’t Go Crazy Tonight was pretty good"
Person 3 enters "What song are you guys talking about?"
Person 1 "I’ll Go Crazy If I Don’t Go Crazy Tonight"
Person 3 "Oh is that the title? I thought it was just I'll Go Crazy, the rest didn't fit on my MP3 players screen".

See annoying.
