This is a better cover, I don't know why they used the photo that Casper used, as the one they used doesn't really show an invisible horizon. They should have used Casper's background with the equal sign to emphasise that the horizon is missing.

And why no WOWY sounding Every Breaking Wave?

Maybe email the idea to bono@u2.com?

can't say i'm a fn of the cover. Nice to be different I suppose but Coldplays X&Y keeps ringing in my mind. Must be those rectangles

This album sucks. All the titles sound dumb. And they left off the best tracks.

They have 30 - 40 other leftover songs for B sides, surely they could have added an extra song and made it 12, we've waited long enough.

The cover does remind me of X&Y actually.

tracklist doesn't include the rumored Bonus track i'm sure.

And why the hell is there a line on the horizon?

Tracklist doesn't read all that well. Hope the actual songs are the business though

Exactly, my point above, they should have used a photo which actually shows an invisible horizon, like Casper did.

They kind of set themselves up to let fanboys down by announcing that they had that many songs. There was always going to be the inevitable "Where's THIS song, where's THAT song" by people who feel cheated out by a (relatively) small number of tracks. I said 11 tracks all along, purely for financial reasons.
