I had mentioned it a few times in the Chat topic. June 26th was the day when Mexican guitar magician should have had a show in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. My father bought tickets 6 months ago.

Yesterday at around 12:00 we sat into a car and left Humenné, town where we live. The trip to Bratislava last around 6,5 hour.

With short breaks we arrived in Bratislava at 7 p.m. The concert should have started at 8 p.m. We came to the stadium where the show should've been played and found our places.
There were some clouds in the sky, coming from all the sides and gathering above the stadium. Everyone hoped that nothing was gonna happen, but my father's friend said: "I have a bad feeling about this." (yes, he is a Jedi )

At around 8:15 p.m. the crew started to bring stage equipment and instruments to the stage.

It was 9 p.m. and the show hadn't started yet. It was almost sure- we just looked at the sky and knew that there was gonna be a HUGE storm.

The hell started at 9:20 p.m. Thunders and lightings were louder than anything I have ever heard and it was the biggest, but also the most fascinating storm I have ever seen.

After 30 minutes waiting in a shelter we sat into the car in which we came here and were on our way back home.

At least I managed to buy a T-shirt before the storm started

The concert should be played on Sunday, but now I am staying at home and going nowhere. I really looked forward to Santana, but it is very exhausting to travel to Bratislava again. It is on the other side of Slovakia and our infrastructure is in terrible conditions.

Shit, another storm is coming. Seems I will have to turn the Internet off cause I have WiFi connection. Sorry if you find some mistakes in my story, my English ain't perfect.

Disappointed
Juraj

Aaw, that sucks. But super cool pictures! I saw Santana this year (for free, cos I'm cool) and it was pretty damn good. Though I started to go to sleep midway through his set cos I was so tired. Embarrassing!
