I think you will find that "NUMBERED U23 CBS 12-7951"
is not the original limited edition run of 1000, individually numbered.
This is the catalougue number of a 1980's re-issue, just as CBS reissued all the 1980'2 singles in the "4play pack"
Your U23 is not that rare and can be bougt for $40 US

I think you will find that it is number 793/1000 and is hand numbered by Jackie Hayden....... and is worth at least $3000.
