1. i have a feeling it's gonna be my go-to album for quite some time.

  2. One of the best live albums (compilations?) of all time, have always said it. The version of The River in particular is probably my favorite of all I know (and there's a good bunch of bunch).
  3. I agree with Sergio above regarding "The River" from that live album, incredible. Great throughout in all honesty, as you'd expect.

    Recent purchases:

First one came yesterday, still awaiting the second. I know Drew is a big fan of the Aerosmith album and I've long been meaning to purchase it. Can't wait for it to arrive.
  4. ^ THAT album inspired me to pick up a harmonica. Not one bad song on it.

When you get it, let me know what you thought.
  5. an Aerosmith album with no Aerosmith song is one of the (few) good things they did in the latest years .. well actually 30 more or less hehe
  6. It has one original song on it - The Grind.

I'd say these are pretty good - from the new album:

    Street Jesus:

    Out Go The Lights:

  7. I love it! Road Runner is definitely my favourite from it.

Recently bought a few U2 singles:

    The Fly
    Miss Sarajevo (again)
    Walk On
Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses
  8. ^ The Miss Sarajevo single is my favourite because it has Viva Davidoff.

Definitely an excellent album, favourite is still Stop Messin'.

Last album bought was one called 'Full Meltdown' by Dick Wagner.
  9. ^ late to the game, but Bounce was one of the albums that got me into music full stop, though production-wise it sounds a bit dated a decade or so on.

  10. I've got

Arctic Monkeys - Favourite worst nightmare
Arctic Monkeys - Whatever people say I am, that's what I'm not
    Arctic Monkeys - Humbug
Kings of Leon - Mechanical Bull

    As Christmas presents
  11. Decided to get myself one last record for 2013 (aka CD).

Them Crooked Vultures. Only 'cos Jonesy is on it.

  12. How is it ? It's on my 2014 list
