AUSTIN CITY LIMITS TO AIR MAY 24TH
R.E.M.'s stint in Austin this March leading up to the release of ACCELERATE included two memorable firsts: a concert for SXSW at Stubbs Bar-B-Q and a performance before a studio audience for the venerable PBS program, Austin City Limits. We are excited to announce that the band's Austin City Limits' performance will air on May 24th on PBS stations. The show will be the inaugural offering in ACL's 2008 season.
man i'll never forget this concert. It aired here in california on December 31st 2005 and during new years eve i was all up in my room cuz it was going to be on at 11:00 p.m. haha i taped it and watched it and was obsessed with their performance herre. good song good broadcast
