"Lardence" is the way its pronounced with a thick dublin accent . Its just a piss take . remember "if i had a head like yours id bleeding bury it" in sun studios in his best dublin accent . something like that . obviously the lads slag him . he would have the strongest dublin accent . actually edge and adam dont even have one . bono's had faded slowly since Zoo TV . when i look at those shows i can really notice it .
I don't mean to sound like one for accents, but yeah the first thing I noticed when I was getting into U2 was that Edge and Adam don't sound Irish lol...it was then that I realised they weren't "technically" from the Green Isle...and Bono keeps putting a damn American twang on things...
That said, can you imagine Edge with either a true Welsh or an Essex accent? God help us lol...
